Communication is essential in any organization. The Clan shall use its website as the primary communication point within its membership. The Clan "Message Boards" will be the primary tool used to propogate news of upcoming Clan events. All Clan members are required to check for new posts on the message boards at least once every 48 hours and preferrably every day. Members who do not check the boards regularly will fall behind in knowledge of Clan events and will lower the overall effectiveness of the Clan. Any such member will be subject to removal from the Clan.
Voice chat, such as TeamSpeak/Ventrilo, should be used whenever possible. The more Clan members communicate and work together, the better we will be as a Team.
